  1. Select the Priority Categories button in the System Configuration area of FactoryLogix Office to display selections for assigning colors for High, Normal, Low, and Other priorities.

  2. Use the Add Priority Add Priority button and Delete Priority Delete Priority button buttons in the upper-left corner of the window to create and name additional priorities or remove selected priorities.
