After you add programming to your FactoryLogix assembly, you select the Setup 
for every assembly before you generate a machine program. The purpose of the machine Setup dialog is to teach the fiducial shapes and allow you to add any new part numbers to the FactoryLogix Universal GSM database.

To access the Universal Setup dialog, select Part Management and Troubleshooting in the Machine List window (in the Process Definition window).
