Hinweis:

This topic builds on the example presented in (de) Speichern eines Datensatzes als Vorlage.

After you save a data set as a template, you can use the template to quickly run the data set again for a different item (in this example, a batch).

  1. Log into the Analytics client application.
  2. Select the Data Miner/Data Analysis button.

  3. Select Template Manager from the menu bar in the upper-left corner of the window to view a list of your previously-saved templates.
  4. To view all available data set templates, select Show Everyone's Templates.
  5. In the Description column, hover over a template description to see information about the purpose of the template.

  6. Right-click a template name to display commands that allow you to modify template properties, copy, delete, or export a template in Data Template File (*.dtfx) format.
  7. Select a template name and a workbook is created automatically. (The workbook name defaults to the name of the data source used when the template was saved.)

The batch name is highlighted, indicating that you must specify a batch name before you can execute a data search.

  8. Select the Batch search button, select a batch, then select the Execute button in the lower-right corner of the window.

The template runs and returns a data table in the same format you used when you saved the template—no additional steps are required.
