Manage sites

Site ID

The ID of the selected site. A unique ID is generated for each site automatically when the administrator registers it, for example: cf1b24cc-a90a-44f4-9297-b336139423e8.

Site Name

The name of the site where data is being collected.

Business Unit

An optional field that describes the business unit associated with the site.

Sync Data Newer than

Specifies the oldest date from which to begin synchronizing data. For example, if you select January 1, 2019, all data from January 1 forward will be synchronized; older data will not be included.

Polling Rate (minutes)

Indicates the polling rate for new data (in minutes). 

At the site level, the Report Scheduler Service checks to make sure registrations are valid and polls the server every few minutes to search for schedule changes.

The Report Scheduler service is composed of two services:

• A data extraction service performs data transformations.

• A transmitter service runs continuously and scans for data to send to the Enterprise server.

Description

An optional  field where you can enter a description of the data being gathered or other details related to the data or the site.

Upload Times

• Run Continuously uploads data to the Enterprise Warehouse approximately once every five minutes. When you clear the check box, time options for each day of the week are available to specify when data will be uploaded.

• Specify a Day, Start Time (for example 09:00 AM), and a Duration (in hours).

• Select the Is Production Running check box to indicate whether production is active during the data upload.
