Abridged workflow for pure FRACAS situations

In environments where FRACAS is practiced and in those where both FRACAS and CAPA are practiced, there will be situations where a lighter weight non-conformance process may be desired. In these cases, the disposition decision will only trigger a repair / correction plan as well as root cause analysis and optional corrective action plans.
