Logging and troubleshooting in NiceLabel

If the NiceLabel/FactoryLogix integration doesn't work properly, you can enable logging in both applications.

What to look for when troubleshooting:

• Default printer is set up correctly for the label template

• NiceLabel is correctly licensed and not running in demo mode

• The label template is not open in the NiceLabel application

• NiceLabel has access to the default printer and you can successfully produce a test print from within NiceLabel
