FactoryLogix default port settings

The following table lists the default port settings used by the FactoryLogix system.

25 | SMTP | SMTP Server | The default port used by the SMTP server when sending emails in FactoryLogix. You can change this port in NPI (Settings > Global Options > General > Option Type: E-Mail). |
808 | TCP | FactoryLogix License Server | The default port used by the FactoryLogix License Server (the computer that hosts your license information). This port is used by clients to pull licensing information/validation from the FactoryLogix Application Service. |
1433 | TCP | Microsoft SQL Server | The port used by your SQL Server. |
1883 | TCP | inForce 2.0 | This port is used for MQTT communications used by inForce 2.0 |
3702 | UDP | FactoryLogix Application Service | The default port used by clients to leverage Windows Network Discovery and find/discover available Application Services to connect to. (It’s not needed but recommended—if it’s not configured, you must enter the server connection settings manually.) |
6060 | TCP | FactoryLogix Real Time Analysis Service | The default port used for communication between the FactoryLogix Real-Time Server and clients. This port needs to be open between the server running the Real Time Analysis Service and any clients that connect to it so clients can access the data pushed by the service (NPI, Production, and iMonitor dashboards, for example). You can change this port in NPI (Settings > Global Options > Real-Time Analysis > Option Type: Real-Time Analysis - Settings > Server Port). |
6062 | TCP | FactoryLogix inSite Mobile App & Mobile Logistics | The default port used by the server running the FactoryLogix Application Service for Using Mobile Logistics and inSite clients. |
6063 | TCP | FactoryLogix xTend API Service | The default port used for API calls to/from customer applications and for the FactoryLogix xTend API Service. |
6064 | TCP | FactoryLogix Archive Service | The default port for the Archive Server (the computer that hosts the FactoryLogix Archive Service). |
7000 | TCP | inForce 1.0 and 2.0 | This port needs to be open between inForce 1.0 and the xLink Server |
8000 | TCP | inForce 1.0 and 2.0 | This port needs to be open between inForce 1.0 and the xLink Server |
8888 | UDP | inForce 2.0 | This port is used for the "discovery" of new inForce 2.0 units. It utilizes a UDP datagram. |
8393 | TCP | V7 License Server | The default port used by the V7 License Server (the computer that hosts your license information). This port is used by clients to pull licensing information/validation from the V7 Application Service. |
