Batch attributes for spreadsheet collection activities

The Spreadsheet Collection Activity in the NPI Process Definition window supports batch attributes. When you double-click a Spreadsheet Collection Activity in a process flow, the Activity Details tab provides options to pre-populate a spreadsheet with batch attribute data, specify cells to auto-populate, cells to record as measurements, or enter user-defined values for batch attributes.

Cells to Record as Measurements – These cells are collected as parametric data. The cells can be collected manually during the activity or calculated automatically using formulas in the spreadsheet.
Values to be Entered – These cells are updated using user input from the data collection prompts.
Auto-Populated Cells – These cells are populated automatically using previously-collected measurements or batch attribute data.
