Priority categories

Priority Categories button



Priority Categories can be applied to:

  • Batches in Production (Batch Management)

  • Purchase orders in Logistics (Material Purchase Orders)

  • Transportation orders in Logistics (Execute Transport Orders)

Note

A user role permission controls whether a FactoryLogix user can create, delete, edit, and/or read priorities. See Select default user role permissions for details.

 

  1. Select the Priority Categories button in the System Configuration area of NPI to display selections for assigning colors for High, Normal, Low, and Other priorities.

  2. Use the Add Priority Add Priority button and Delete Delete Priority button Priority buttons in the upper-left corner of the window to create and name additional priorities or remove selected priorities.

  3. Use the color palette drop-down to select a color for the currently-selected priority.




  4. Use the Move Priority Up and Move Priority Down buttons in the upper-right corner of the window to move a selected priority up or down in the list.
