The Empty UID function allows you to make material adjustments for people who are responsible for kitting, allocating, and moving materials to and from receiving areas, warehouses, and the production floor. The Empty UID function includes the collection of a material movement reason code when the Reason Codes For Inventory Adjustments global option is set to True by an administrator in the NPI client application.
