The Fiducials tab is used to teach the fiducial shapes and allows you to select options to maximize machine throughput. The left side of the dialog shows the list of fiducials for the board. You can make adjustments of the algorithm, shape, and size for a selected fiducial. FactoryLogix also provides the X, Y data of selected fiducials as well as the fiducial type. Once a fiducial is created in the project file, the fiducial information is being pulled from FactoryLogix.

| Algorithm | Use the dropdown to select the algorithm of the fiducial for the project. You can select Profile Scan or Correlation. |
| Shape | Select the shape of the fiducial for the project: Circle, Square/Rectangle, Diamond, Triangle, Double Square, Double Triangle, Cross, or No Shape Check. |
| Type | Select the fiducial type fromt he dropdown. |
| Size | Specify the size of the selected fiducial for the project by entering its size in millimeters. |
