After you add programming to your FactoryLogix assembly, you select the Setup machine Setup buttonImage Modified  for every assembly before you generate a machine program. The purpose of the machine Setup dialog is to teach the fiducial shapes and allow you to add any new part numbers to the Fuji database.

  1. To access the Fuji Nexim Setup dialog, select Part Management and Troubleshooting in the Machine List window (in the Process Definition window).
  2. Select the Setup Setup buttonImage Modified button.

  3. (Optional) Use CAD Coordinates is a setting that will try and take the coordinates imported from the CAD file and export them into the generated machine program/ This setting ignores any origin set in the Board Geometry area or the ECAD view in the Process Definition window.

  4. (Optional) Select the Populate Missing Part Descriptions Image Modified button to add
  5. (Optional) To treat all images in the Process Definition window as a single board, select the Treat All Images as Single Board check box.
  6. (Optional) Select the Clear Setup Clear Setup buttonImage Modified button to erase machine setup settings. When the confirmation message displays, select Yes to clear all the Setup dialog settings.

    The Clear Setup button can be very useful. If there are problems with the generated program, use the Clear Setup button and proceed through the machine interface again to address potential rotational, location, and assignment problems.
