UID 1234 with a Quantity of 50 was delivered to the stock resource and depleted to a quantity of 30. The UID was returned with a quantity of 35 (5 items weren't used). When you scan UID 1234 in the Reverse Depletion window, the range to modify the quantity will have a minimum value of 30 and a maximum value of 50 (30 is the current UID quantity and 50 is the quantity of the UID in the previous inventory history record.) The default value will be set to the current UID quantity—for this example it would be set to 30. You can change the value to any number between the values of 30 and 50. Since 5 units weren't used, you would set the new value to 35, then submit the record to complete the reverse depletion.
