The Historical Archive Queue window is the primary method for reviewing archival records and information about when records archiving or restoring occurred. For example, if you want to know exactly when a particular record was archived and subsequently restored, you can search for the record and review this information.

On the right side of the window, the Show Latest Archive Queue Items and Show Latest Restore Queue Items buttons determine whether search results return only items that were most recently archived, most recently restored, or all records regardless of the last type of archiving action. At least one of these buttons must be toggled, and by default both are toggled to return all results.

After entering search criteria, select the Search button or press the Enter key on the keyboard to submit the search. Records processed more than once (archived and then restored) have an arrow to the left of the line that you can select to expand the record and view any activity, each on a separate line in descending chronological order. The information that displays for each activity line is similar to the display for items in the Active Archive Queue.
