After you create stock locations in NPI, parts may be assigned to each location and configured to auto-replenish when stock levels fall below a particular level.
Log into the NPI client application.
Select Templates and Standards

> Factory Resources to display the Resource Library Navigator window. (If a factory doesn't exist, you need to create one.)Select a stock location in the tree on the left side of the window.

Select the required part(s) from the results list, then select OK (or double-click the parts) to assign them to the stock location.
