  1. Select Start, enter Server Manager, then select Server Manager to open the Server Manager Dashboard.

  5. On the Select server roles page, select the Web Server (IIS) check box (if not already selected). If the check box is already selected, expand the Web Server node of the tree.

  6. Ensure these IIS features are selected:

    • In the Web Server sub-category of Web Server (IIS), select the following options:

    • Common HTTP Features

      • Default Document

      • Directory Browsing

      • HTTP Errors

      • Static Content

      • HTTP Redirection

      • WebDav Publishing

    • Health and Diagnostics

    • Performance

    • Security

    • Application Development

  7. Under Web Server (IIS), select Management Tools.

  8. Select Next.

  9. Select the Add Features button to confirm the addition of IIS to this server.

  10. On the Select role services page, enable these options:

        • Default Document

        • Directory Browsing

      • Security

        • Request Filtering

  11. In the Management Tools category, select IIS Management Console.

  12. Select Next.

  13. On the Confirm installation selections page, verify the new additions, then select the Install button.
