Status

Displays Ready, In Process, Completed, or Canceled status for records

A record queued for archiving initially displays a Ready status. Every fifteen minutes, the Archive service processes all records with a Ready status, moving them from the operational database to the Archive Database. While a record processes, the status updates to an In Process bar that moves forward as the service moves the record. When the record is fully processed, the status updates to Completed.

In-progress archiving

  • To cancel a record in Ready status, select the Cancel button to the right of the record status. The record is removed from the queue.

  • To cancel all records in Ready status, select the Cancel All Cancel All button button in the upper-right corner of the window. All records currently in the queue with a Ready status are canceled.

Note

When you cancel one or more records, the status will update to Canceled along with a reason (for example, Canceled By User).

When a record is in Completed or Canceled status, it remains visible until you exit the Active Archive Queue window.

To update/refresh the data on the screen, select the Refresh Refresh button button in the upper-right corner of the window. When Completed and Canceled records are cleared from the queue, you can open them from the Historical Archive Queue window for further review.
