You can access enterprise-level data in DataMiner just as you would any other data. For detailed information about using DataMiner, see the Using Analytics guide.

Select enterprise data sources for charts, tables, and reports

The Data Source Navigator in the DataMiner window allows you to select pre-defined enterprise data sources.


WIP Summary enterprise data source


Enterprise data is optimized for reporting using the Enterprise categories shown in the following table.

Description

WIP SummaryWIP data including identifier, quantity, and assembly information.
Product QualityDefect data including defect status, inspection codes, and identifier information.
Machine StatesThe state and duration information for each factory resource.
Downtime ReasonsThe reasons and duration for any downtime.
SMT Fault AnalysisBatch information plus workstation and fault codes.
Part ConsumptionPart consumption information including part number, batch, and quantities.
Material AgingThe maximum, minimum, and average aging of materials.
Supplier QualityQuality information including  vendor, GRN, and quantity metrics.
On-Time Work OrdersWork order, batch, and time information.
Work By BatchThe amount of time that was spent working on units within a batch.
OEEOverall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) data.
Yield By BatchThe first and second pass yield based on batches.
Yield By OperationThe first and second pass yield based on operations.
