Feeder Setup Reports tab

The Feeder Setup Reports tab of the Juki Setup dialog allows you to augment your ISS files generated out of JUKI JaNets with a graphical component rendering of each part to be loaded for the program/recipe. The report uses FactoryLogix’s component footprint detail to enrich the feeder setup detail and improve its use with your staff loading feeders and machines.

Production Program File Path	Defines where the program will be read from. The folder button on the left displays the IS Program Chooser dialog where you can browse to programs on the Juki IS server: The folder button on the right allows yout to browse to an .ISS file. However, browsing to a file will not show all the available data by connecting to a JUKI program.
Report File Path	The location of the feeder setup report (in *.pdf format).
Header Information (Optional)	Allows you to specify a different report title and user ID.
Report Options	Adds a graphic for component orientation when loading the machine. Note Parts without a well-defined load orientation such as matrix trays will not be displayed in the feeder setup report.
