Configure Mobile Logistics for your browser

The FactoryLogix Application service serves the web pages that drive Mobile Logistics.

Note

Once FactoryLogix is installed and running, there is no additional setup required other than adding a firewall exception for TCP Port 6062 (your IT department should be able to help with this task).

The web address for Mobile Logistics is http://<server_name>:6062/instock/index.html where <server_name> is the fully qualified domain name or IP address of the server running the FactoryLogix Application service.

For example, an Application service running on a server named “aegisuser” has the Mobile Logistics address http://aegisuser:6062/instock/index.html.

The web pages served by the FactoryLogix Application service are coded in HTML5. We recommend using a Google Chrome-based web browser (the default browser on Android devices). The Mobile Logistics pages were tested on a variety of Android devices and iOS devices as well as on desktop PCs.
