Program Setup tab

The Program Setup tab of the Juki Setup dialog contains board-specific information. You can specify the PWB ID as well as the BOC marks (fiducials) that will be used. The right side of the dialog has settings that allow you to see the panel X and Y dimensions and a specified board thickness. Below there is the option of specifying a specific production line for your Juki IS machine program. The dropdown will be updated with the production lines downloaded from the Juki IS server that have at least one optimized machine program.

PWB Settings

Basic Settings

PWB ID - The ID of the board for this assembly.

Basic Dimension Settings

PWB Dimensions - The dimensions of the panel (in millimeters), specified using X and Y coordinate measurements.
PWB Thickness - The thickness of the board (in millimeters). The default thickness is 1.6 mm.

BOC Marks (Fiducials)

Do Not Use Marks - Fiducials will not be used in the machine program for this board.
Use Board Marks (Master Fiducials) - Uses the master finducials on the board.
Use Circuit Marks (Image Fiducials) - Uses the circuit marks (image fiducials) on the board.

Line Configuration

Production Line - Specifies the factory production line that will be used to run the Juki IS machine program for this board/assembly.
