Introduction
The Analytics application on the FactoryLogix website provides tools and features to create, edit, and view dashboards that display real-time access to production information in your factory. You can also create dashboards and slide shows to place in production lines, providing data specific to a workstation, line, or factory area. Analytics also offers a variety of customizable metrics that make use of gauges and other visuals you can configure based on your factory’s specific needs.
Analytics has features that help you do the following:
- Quickly create, edit, and run dashboards, all in one environment
- Add DataMiner published charts and reports to your dashboards
- Display dashboards on any device (mobile phone, tablet, computer screen, TV/monitor)
- Share links to dashboards so workplace colleagues can view important real-time data
- Set up one or more dashboards as an unattended slide show to run during production runs to provide valuable, real-time manufacturing data to factory floor personnel
- Deploy dashboards onsite only or offsite if access is required from a remote location such as another factory
- Group gauges and other data to quickly reference information within groups
- Associate limits on specific gauges to define acceptable ranges
