FactoryLogix lets you see how your production processes are running in real-time, including factory-wide WIP status visibility. Real-time data shows how your factory is functioning right now and can alert you to problems in a production line and help you make the necessary corrections quickly. Access to real-time data can also help you schedule production runs more efficiently and estimate the length of time a job will actually take to be completed, further improving efficiency.

When you need data to support your manufacturing decisions, FactoryLogix has real-time manufacturing analytics dashboards and reports to help you. A library of easy-to-use templates can help you quickly generate dashboards to monitor production lines and workstations so you know what's happening in your factory right now.

DataMiner essentials

This course provides you with the knowledge required to create DataMiner templates in FactoryLogix Analytics. You'll learn how to create a workbook using existing data sources, specify search criteria for a data source, group, sort, and summarize data, save a workbook as a template, specify runtime parameters, and manage DataMiner templates.

Run a report in Production

The Reference area of the FactoryLogix Production client application is where you access reports and outputs created in FactoryLogix Analytics. Charts, reports, graphs—any item you publish from Analytics is located here in the FactoryLogix Report Library on the left side of the window. Options are included for report and chart generation using previously-saved DataMiner templates for charts and reports. You can generate an unlimited number of reports, for example: production yield, device history,  labor tracking, kitted materials by batch, first article inspection, downtime causes, defects, and production time to name just a few.
