The Remove Shipment function is used when you accidently associate the wrong shipment to a PO line item. You can enter a PO line item or scan a tracking number to disassociate the package.
- Log into the FactoryLogix website and select Logistics.
- Select Remove Shipment on the left side of the window.
- Enter a PO line item or scan the tracking number of the shipment you want to remove, then select the Submit button.
- Select the Remove Shipment button.
When you see the prompt to confirm removing the shipment, select OK.

The shipment is removed.
