The Remove Shipment function is used when you accidently associate the wrong shipment to a PO line item. You can enter a PO line item or scan a tracking number to disassociate the package. 

  1. Log into the FactoryLogix website and select Logistics.
  2. Select Remove Shipment on the left side of the window.
  3. Enter a PO line item or scan the tracking number of the shipment you want to remove, then select the Submit Submit button button.

  4. Select the Remove Shipment button.

  5. When you see the prompt to confirm removing the shipment, select OK.

    Warning!

    Removing a shipment cannot be undone after you select OK.




    The shipment is removed.
