Use the following procedure to restore archived data.
- Log into the NPI client application.
- Select System Configuration > Archiving.
To schedule a record for manual restoration from the Active Archive Queue window, select the button for type of record you want to restore.
Button Description Restore Batches/GRNs Select batches and GRNs to restore. Restore Assemblies and Processes Select assemblies, assembly revisions, and process revisions to restore. Restore Receiving Processes Select receiving processes to restore. Restore Individual Units Select individual barcodes from an archived batch to restore.
This feature allows you to restore a single item without restoring the entire batch, and record selection works much like Batch/GRN selection.
Restore Machine Performance Data Select archived machine performance data to restore.
A search and selection dialog displays. (The options vary depending on the record type you selected.Enter the criteria to search for in the Search bar (a batch or assembly name or a serial number, for example, depending on the record type you selected for restoring).
Use the buttons at the top of the dialog to specify additional search criteria for the record you want to locate.

Restore Machine Performance Data Use the From and To options at the bottom of the window to select a time range to restore machine performance data from.
Use the check boxes to select the records you want to restore, then select the OK button at the bottom of the window to schedule the checked records for restoring.
