The FactoryLogix AQM solution also serves as a Material Review Board (MRB) management system. When production units fail inspection or test and are sent to the MRB, a non-conformance may be created. This is also the case if a lot of received material fails incoming inspection and is sent to MRB.
AQM manages the review and disposition process. If it is determined that a defective unit or material should be repaired, the repair (correction) feature may also be used to track the repair through to its conclusion and resolution.
