The Zoom toolbar at the bottom of the Process Definition window helps you zoom portions of ECAD files to work on individual PCB item details.
Zoom toolbar options
Button | Description |
---|---|
Zoom Lock | Locks the ECAD view at the current zoomed percentage. Select the button again to unlock the zoom level. |
Zoom Marquee | Select the Zoom Marquee button, then drag a rectangle around the portion of the ECAD file you want to zoom. When you release the mouse button, the area you selected is zoomed. |
Zoom 100% | Restores the ECAD view to 100% after zooming in or out. |
Zoom To Fit | Fits the entire ECAD in the current window after zooming in or out. |
Zoom Out 50% | Reduces the current zoom level by 50%. |
Zoom Out 25% | Reduces the current zoom level by 25%. |
Zoom Percentage | The Zoom Percentage control displays the current zoom level. Use the up and down arrows to change the zoom level percentage in 1% increments. (You can also select the current percentage and enter a new percentage in the box.) |
Zoom In 25% | Increases the current zoom level by 25%. |
Zoom In 50% | Increases the current zoom level by 50%. |
Zoom feature detail
On the left side of the Zoom toolbar, the following information is displayed and changes dynamically as you move the cursor in the ECAD file and select different zooming options:
The X,Y coordinates of the cursor
Features - The total number of features in the ECAD file
Selected - The current number of features selected (highlighted) in the ECAD file
