You can save DataMiner charts in a variety of file formats for use in presentations, reports, and other documents:

  • PDF - *.pdf

  • Web page - *.htm

  • Bitmap - *.bmp

  • JPEG - *.jpg

  • GIF - *.gif

  • PNG - *.png

  1. Log into the Analytics client application.

  2. Select the Data Miner/Data Analysis button.

  3. In the DataMiner window, open a workbook and create a new chart or run a template to create a data set and a new chart.

    Select Save As to save a chart as a file

  4. Select Save As at the bottom of the DataMiner window.

  5. Enter a File name for the chart, select a location for the file, then select Save.

Note

If you select Save As Template at the top of the DataMiner window, your chart and all it associated data (all tabs across the bottom of the window) are also saved in the template. You can also grant access to the template to other users. See Save a data set as a template for more information about DataMiner templates and sharing templates.
