If the NiceLabel/FactoryLogix integration doesn't work properly, you can enable logging in both applications.
What to look for when troubleshooting:
- Default printer is set up correctly for the label template
- NiceLabel is correctly licensed and not running in demo mode
- The label template is not open in the NiceLabel application
- NiceLabel has access to the default printer and you can successfully produce a test print from within NiceLabel
